The bedroom is a sanctuary of sorts. This is a place of relaxation and rest. It is a place where you are supposed to feel rejuvenated. Though this is the room where you are supposed to sleep, this does not mean that it should be bathed in darkness 24/7.

Having a brighter bedroom is a good way to find your way more easily around the space during the morning. It is not forbidden to infuse bright colors or even to install lights that are supposed to energize the occupant.
